We can offer all work on residential properties ranging from complete interior fit-outs, property layout alterations, extensions, outbuildings and sheds are also an option. All of our work is planned around your needs and day to day living, all aspects of the build will be carefully thought about and taken into consideration within our plan, cost, and program of works.

Commercial & Lesiure

Our past 15 years has been dedicated to the commercial and leisure industry, we thrive in working with retail high-street shops, nationwide brewery's and leisure units. We are highly experienced in working within strict time scales to ensure the trading doors can open again to the public, generating revenue. With works ranging from full refurbishment to new build developments, we work closely with our clients to achieve the overall finished project you envisioned, taking standards above and beyond.

Steel Works

With steel works being introduced to more and more developments, our in-house Steel Fabrication Service can not only offer a substantially fast turn around on steels for our own projects but we also can supply other construction firms with a complete steel service. From very early stages of structural calculations to finished products craned onto site, we cover a complete variety of metal works, all in connection with the British Steel Trademark. With metal being used more in the construction industry than ever before, not only for structural purposes but now in the architectural world with railings, sculptures and copings becoming more frequently used and asked for. We work closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand their vision of the finished project and how they anticipate achieving the job at hand, then using our expert knowledge and advice we make that vision a reality.

Additionally, keeping our customers up to date throughout the costing and construction stages are of paramount importance to us to ensure we are on this journey together.

The job at hand will be broken down into separate elements of work and costed individually from our in house Quantity Surveyor.

All of our costs are subject to contracts of work and will be valid for 60 days from the day the quote was received.
